Taryn comes to Vantage Point Financial after working in higher education for the past seven years as the Associate Director of Institutional Initiatives at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. During her time at Tuck, she worked in a variety of roles with the Deans’ Office primarily focused on teaching and learning initiatives and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to Tuck, Taryn worked at Boston Children’s Hospital as a researcher and administrator with the Developmental Medicine Center.
Originally from Connecticut, Taryn relocated to Boston to get her degree in Psychology from Boston University where she also met her husband Phil. Eventually, Phil and Taryn moved to New Hampshire and then Vermont and spent 7 years living in the Upper Valley before returning to the Boston area. Together, they have two children. In her free time Taryn is attempting to improve her golf game, is an avid reader, and enjoys playing platform tennis, skiing, and traveling with her family.
